The Sustainability Hub
A New Chapter in Circular Innovation
Packaged Solutions Group has launched a bold new hub for circular economy innovation — a 80,000 sqm facility in Wisbech, Norfolk, now serving as our UK headquarters and home to The Sustainability Hub.
This flagship site brings our mission to life: reducing food waste, cutting carbon, and building scalable circular systems for leading UK food manufacturers and retailers.
Bringing together both of our core divisions — Packaged Organics and Packaged Insight — the site is:
- Fully certified to Clean, GMP+, APHA, and Food Hygiene standards
- Equipped for de-boxing, de-canning, de-bottling, and returns processing
- Home to our new insect protein facility, turning surplus food into high-value, sustainable products
In 2025, we have expanded operations further with a Black Soldier Fly (BSF) production unit, designed to process over 10,000 tonnes of organic co-products annually — powering nature-based solutions across retail, manufacturing, and waste sectors

Designed for Impact
The Sustainability Hub is built for performance and planet:
- Rainwater harvesting to support our net zero goals
- A dedicated R&D centre drives innovation in bioconversion, telemetry, and resource efficiency
- On-site agricultural land and polytunnels allow testing of new sustainable production models
The Future at PSG
More than a facility — this is a working blueprint for the circular economy. As the first in a planned UK-wide network, the Hub shows how innovation, efficiency, and sustainability can come together in one scalable, future-ready model.
